At The Learning Nest, we believe that a nurturing, safe and enriching environment starts with a truly exceptional team. Our staff brings together a unique and powerful combination of education, experience and heart.

Collectively, our team includes:

• Several former elementary school teachers

• Educators with degrees in Child Development and/or Education

• A Registered Nurse and a Licensed Therapist

• A former Assistant Director and a Director with over 25 years of leadership experience in early childhood education

• Teachers certified in Orton-Gillingham, a highly respected approach to literacy instruction

What truly sets us apart is that we are not only professionals—we’re moms too. We understand firsthand the care, attention and developmental support that young children need to thrive.

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment, all staff members undergo a full background check, ensuring they meet the highest standards for working with young children. All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid and we are committed to ongoing professional growth, completing a minimum of six hours of continuing teacher education each year.
