This month in Books and Blessings with Mrs. Keiser, we are learning all about honesty. Honesty means telling the truth, even when it is hard, and taking responsibility for our choices.

As a sub at the school, a mom of 5, and a nutrition coach, I want to share a few simple ideas to make lunch easier, kinder, and more nourishing for everyone. 

We have a very special announcement to share as we head into the new year. This January, we are excited to welcome The Little Birds, a new caregiver child class designed for our youngest learners and their grown ups.
